A smooth oval stone with a shallow thumb-sized dip carved into the face. Rubbing a worry stone is an old, simple habit: something calm to hold during meditation, a long phone call or a busy commute.
Choose from rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz, labradorite, green aventurine, tiger's eye, black obsidian, sodalite, red jasper, rhodonite, unakite, dalmatian jasper or white howlite. Rose quartz is traditionally associated with the heart chakra and amethyst with the crown.
