Ten smooth tumbled stones, all of the one kind you choose, packed in a small gift box: amethyst, rose quartz, clear quartz, green aventurine, tiger's eye, black obsidian, sodalite or red jasper. Each is small enough to hold in your palm or tuck in a pocket, and a handful looks lovely in a bowl, on a meditation altar or laid out in a crystal grid.
In crystal traditions, rose quartz is associated with the heart chakra, amethyst with the crown chakra and tiger's eye with the solar plexus. Many people simply keep a stone nearby as a reminder to pause and breathe.

- Care: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Amethyst and rose quartz can slowly fade in strong direct sunlight, so a shaded spot is best.
