Partially oxidized and carefully rolled, oolong sits gracefully between green and black tea. Its layered, toasty-floral character unfolds over several infusions, making it a lovely tea to linger over.
How to brew: 1–2 tsp per cup of water at 190–200°F. Steep 3–5 minutes; the leaves can be re-steeped several times.
