Sunny calendula petals are a gardener's favorite and a gentle, versatile herb. Brew them into a golden tea, or infuse them in oil for homemade salves and skin care.
How to brew: 1–2 tsp per cup of just-boiled water. Cover and steep 10 minutes. For oils, infuse dried flowers in carrier oil for 4–6 weeks.
Taste: mild, slightly bitter, resinous
