Dashamula, meaning 'ten roots,' is a classical Ayurvedic formula of five large and five small roots. Earthy and grounding, it is traditionally used to settle vata and bring stability to body and mind.
How to brew: 1 tsp per 2 cups of water. Simmer 15–20 minutes, reducing by about half, then strain. Can also be used in herbal oils and steam.
