Ashwagandha is one of Ayurveda's most honored rasayanas — a grounding, nourishing root traditionally used to build strength and steady the nerves. Simmer it as a tea or in warm milk for a classic bedtime tonic.
How to brew: 1 tsp per cup of water or milk. Simmer 10–15 minutes, strain and sweeten with honey or add a pinch of cardamom.
